Hi, I’m having some problem that’s preventing me from going any further >”<. I'm at the part where you say to use the cut tool to cut into the plane (27:10 in your 2nd video). I tried that but it won't let me cut in the middle of the plane. when I tried, some cuts just appeared from the corner right of the plane and went all the way to the nearest vertex from where I tried to make a cut. I can't even cut straight from one edge to another. All the strange cuts will appear where I don't want them to.

I created another plane and changed to edit poly without doing all the connecting and it's still doing that. I do not have snap toggle on. I tried going into vertex then edge and using the cut tool there, still no luck. I switched the viewports around, nope =(.

Can I get some help with that please?

      Dear Phuong…—

I have also face in to the same problem…. but Here is the Solution….
Add Normal Modifier and tick flip normals and then turn again to editable poly
or turn in to other side and just cut it………………..
      Cheers

      Hey Josh,

All four videos seem to be working fine. Can you give it another try? It might have just been a glitch with Blip (which hosts our videos). It happens sometimes :)

      Cheers,
      Chris

      Hi Deinous,

Very sorry for the delay and to hear the video isn’t playing properly! This is a on going issue we’ve had with Blip.tv (we’ve recently moved our content over to Youtube, so hopefully things will be much more stable.)

I’m currently trying to hunt down the original video and will get it re-uploaded asap ;) Sorry again for the delay and thanks for your patience.

      Ben

First of all, thanks for this awesome tutorial. I have been having issues with the leg at the end of video 3. Despite looking correct (even having the same number of verts), once I apply the turbosmooth it adds this odd crease along some of the edges. Any ideas what could be the problem? Here are some screenshots.
