I would agree, I really would like to do this tutorial, but the picture is not the same. When I make it a meterial I make it a Diffuse Bitmap and the picture becomes pixelized, so it is realy hard to see the camera refrence. Any help would be greatly apprechiated.

Thank you.

hi i find this tutorial very great, but i have a REAL big problem to start off. the image referred to as the plane bg image is another one from the actual one showing in the tutorial . its not that its flipped vertically, but the camera is not in the spots where its supposed to be after looking at the tutorial, im sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but is it possible for you to explain the way you set up the planes since the planes dont have "standard" positions and have to be placed in a certain position

thanks for your help

The implication is that it could be used as a high-poly source mesh for baking a 'normal map' (a 2d texture that stores polygonal information from a high-poly model), and then that normal map could later be applied to an in game, low poly model.
