Yes, an apology is most definitely in order since “Concerned Artist” was not able to substantiate this serious accusation in any way, thereby proving that his claims were premature and false. Furthermore, ss the CGTuts+ Editor I have investigated this claim extensively, and it is my final position that Fabio M. Silva is the true originator of this tutorial, and any others that he has created for CGTuts+, and I urge any and all readers to disregard this accusation as false so that they may enjoy Fabio’s excellent tutorials to their full potential.

Sorry to disappoint you “Concert Artist” but there is no plagiarism involved in my tutorials. since I am their true author. If you know someone who use them as their own, in that case they have plagiarized me. Bfore you jumped the gun and started acusing me of this or that, you shouldve taken consideration that the video i did is even using a model i did for artwork ive done in the past, and since i havent shared this model anywhere or with anyone, the only way someone could’ve gained acess to it is by stealing me, which i really don’t believe that could happen.

I don’t know what you intended to gain with your false claims(perhaps divulging your website?) but you won’t be able to sue me since if you contacted the true author of these tutorials series, that would be me.

You know the authors voice in the background? Well, I certainly don’t know you, since the voice you hear is mine. Yes, even the one in the background. That happened in one of the earilier tutorials(my first video tutorials btw). it’s kinda hard to make a video and speaking in a foreign language, so what i did was record my voice while i did the tutorial, and then record a second pass while i was listening to it with headphones(my headphones arent very good supressing sound, so that’s why you hear my voice very low).

Hope that has clarified things, and instead of hiding throught anonomity like you did and making false acusations, you should give me your apoligies since you tried to tarnish my good name.

First, we at CGTuts+ (and Envato) take plagiarism extremely seriously, and have a zero tolerance policy regarding plagiarized material.
Secondly, I would like to make it clear that all of the tutorials on this site are commissioned directly from the individual authors, and as it clearly states our policy against plagiarism in the brief that we require every author to read and agree to before submitting, any evidence of plagiarism on this site (if said evidence does exist) is solely the fault of the author, and not of CGTuts+.
Lastly, if anyone can prove categorically that one of our tutorials has been plagiarized, we will take it down immediately and notify the authors of the offense.

That being said, the accusation you have made is a serious one, and as we give all of our authors the benefit of the doubt, I must ask you to substantiate your claim by providing links to the tutorials that this, and any others, are supposedly plagiarized from, or at least provide some evidence at all, before I will consider removing any tutorials.

I must say great tutorial
unfortunately i have 3 comments that if you follow to the letter, will enable you to stay with us longer.

first thing is first. take down this tutorial, and any other you plagiarized. you are doing a voice over another tutorial, that is not yours. be it as it may you seem to be a good animation artist, you dont know the capabilities of audio and video. enbedded in your voice over i can still hear the original authors voice. and i know his name.
once again you should take this tutorial down and at least have the decency to make it yourself. i apologize to your viewers. sadly, you cant alter it again because you posted the videos for download as i have a copy of the plagiarized contents as well as many others.
do yourself a favor and delete the tutorial, and any others you plagiarized. i already have a complete copy of all your videos and will be analizing them thouroughly for similar unlawful acts and trust me. if i see the tutorials in 2 weeks after this post. i will contact the true authors and depending on their prerrogative, you might have multiple lawsuits on your hands

once again i apologize to your viewers but this isnt the right way to gain page views
