Rigging And Steering A Simple Car In Cinema 4D R12

Thanks to Cinema 4D version R12, which just released before the brand new R13. We are able to rig and drive a car quickly and easily. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to model a simple car, then you’re going to have two options to play with using your rigged car. Either steering it as you wish, or smashing it through a wall with an added slow motion effect. All achieved right here in the Cinema 4D.

C4D: Realistic Wall Destruction With Dust Effects

C4D: Realistic Wall Destruction With Dust Effects

Creating nice effects with Modynamics is pretty easy with Cinema 4D’s new tools. However, to be able to create a realistic smashing effect, it’s not enough to just break the wall into pieces, we need more then that to make it believable. So in this tutorial we’ll cover using Modynamics along with particles to create this effect. We’ll employ an emitter object to easily create our particles, and then use some supplementary tools to control the effect, creating a neat, realistic animation of our wall being destroyed.

Cinema 4D: Using Sound Effector to Create Animations

Cinema 4D: Using Sound Effector to Create Animations

Sound effector is a tool of the Mograph module in Cinema 4D that you can use to create animations which are perfectly matched to a sound or musical score. Through this tutorial you are going to learn how to use sound effector as well as its fine-tune function. We will also use Adobe After Effects to blend the animation that was exported from Cinema 4D with the sound track to make our final composition.

Using Depth of Field with VRay in Cinema 4D

Using Depth of Field with VRay in Cinema 4D

Using the DOF effect in Cinema 4D can be a little tricky for beginners, and it was no different for me when I had just started using VRay. So I’ve prepared this tutorial to show you how easy it can be once you understand the fundamentals. Creating a scene lighting setup from scratch, and using object based lighting techniques will also be covered.

Quick Tip: Using VRay in Cinema 4D

In this Quick Tip you will learn how to illuminate a simple scene using the Cinema 4D VRay plugin. Both the infinite light , and also how to set up VRay tags and settings, will be discussed in this short introduction to using VRay in Cinema 4D.
