DO NOT DOWNLOAD THESE! They won’t list the license or even respond when I inquiry about
it. heck you probably won’t even see this comment because they haven’t responded/approved
any of my comments asking about the license!

    • Sam, I have seen that Matt has already replied you and none of your comments regarding license has been rejected. See the link http://cg.tutsplus.com/freebies/textures/freebie-rusty-metal-texture-pack/#comments ,where your query regarding license has been solved a long ago.
And do download these texture packs without any hesitation, because I have done a lot of hard work while collecting these textures from places to places and this is just for you guys :)

      • Sam says:

Ok, I hadn’t received an email about a reply so I was unaware of this. Sorry if I came off as rude, I just really wanted to use the textures, but was unsure what my boundaries were. Thanks for clearing this up!

    • Jerem says:

      Panic much?

    • Chris Tate says:

      Hey Sam,

      Sorry for the confusion!

Regarding Licensing, there’s a link to the “Creative Commons” license at the top of this page (as there is with all of our texture packs). Please visit the link for more information on your usage rights.

Regarding your inquiry, I’m not sure how or when you inquired regarding this, but we do not delete or remove the comments our user’s post. Unless it’s a personal attack on the author, or spam.

      • Sam says:

yeah sorry about the rudeness in my post I thought my comments weren’t being responded to (every time I posted I’d see an “awaiting approval” for a day or so after I posted and my comment wouldn’t be counted in the number of comments) and I didn’t get an email saying I was responded to (Chandan pointed me to one where I was!) Thanks for letting me know about the license, I’m glad to know I can use these great freebies with my work now!
