Being a Blender user, I hate when these questions involve choosing amongst popular software.
Did any one used Naiad Fluid dynamic pluging? If yes, Which software package supports this.
I got 80% score. I Did wrong for 2, 5 and 8 questions….. I am loving this quiz………
If I am thinking of the right thing, it is a fairly new fluid dynamic solver. “New” in that it hasn’t really hit the market, but the technology has actually been around for years. I think someone at ILM was working on it in conjunction with some physics research department somewhere or something.
Anyway, I’m kind of operating off of shaky memory right now. Check out FXGuide.com and look for an article on fluid dynamics and physics solvers from the last few months – that’s where I remember seeing it.

Naiad is the leading fluid dynamic simulation software in the industry. The smartest man (I believe) in CFD Robert Bridson is the co-founder/creator of this software. They have worked with fluids in movies like Avatar(a 30 sec water scene took 2 weeks to render), X-Men: First Class and others.
