I bought this book about 3 weeks ago
It is very good though, good coverage of basic 2d/3d graphics theory (for all us graphics/photoshop newbies) and good environment texturing tuts. No character skinning tuts though, and there are a few errors in the copy.
All in all I’d give it a solid 4/5 though
